Programs with Spanish Language of Instruction
Programs listed below are offered with Spanish as the primary language of instruction and are designed for students who wish to explore various aspects of Spanish language, culture, and society. Some emphasize language acquisition with other focuses (e.g. health or human rights).
The IUI Program in Spanish sponsors a 2-week summer program in the Dominican Republic for students who have successfully completed the mimimum requirement of Spanish-S 313 and offers coursework for either Spanish-S 363 or Spanish-S 496. This program welcomes students majoring in all academic disciplines and is not restricted to language majors. See also programs in French and German.
